Refund Policy

Summary: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the template bundle has been downloaded. However, we stand behind our products and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Digital Products — No Refunds After Download

BoothKits sells digital template bundles that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds on completed purchases where the files have been accessed.

When We Will Help

We want every customer to have a great experience. We will provide support or a replacement if:

Corrupt or incomplete files — If your download is damaged or missing files, we will send a fresh download link immediately.
Download issues — If you cannot access your download link, we will generate a new one for you.
Wrong bundle — If you accidentally purchased the wrong theme, contact us within 24 hours and we will exchange it for a different theme of equal or lesser value.
Technical compatibility — If templates do not work with your photo booth software as described, we will help troubleshoot or offer an exchange.

When We Cannot Offer Refunds

You changed your mind after downloading the files
You did not read the product description before purchasing
You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price
You no longer need the templates for your event

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we will provide evidence of the completed digital delivery to your payment provider. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are usually able to resolve issues faster than the dispute process.
