By accessing or using boothkits.app ("the Site") and purchasing products from BoothKits ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Products and Services

BoothKits sells digital photo booth template bundles. Each bundle includes screen templates and photo strip templates designed for use with dslrBooth, LumaBooth, Darkroom Booth, and compatible photo booth software.

All products are delivered digitally as downloadable ZIP files immediately after purchase.

2. License

When you purchase a template bundle, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual commercial license to:

• Use the templates at unlimited commercial and personal events
• Modify, customize, and adapt the templates for your photo booth business
• Use templates at paid client events (weddings, parties, corporate events, etc.)

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files
• Include the template files in any product for resale
• Claim ownership of the original designs
• Upload templates to any template marketplace or sharing platform

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods supported by our payment processor, Stripe. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

4. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation page and via email. Download links expire after 7 days and are limited to 20 downloads. If you experience issues accessing your download, contact us at boothkits@gmail.com.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a template bundle has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues with your files, we will work with you to resolve the problem. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All template designs, website content, branding, and code are owned by BoothKits and protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the templates — it does not transfer ownership of the designs.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our website or services
• Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
• Share your account or download links with unauthorized parties

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that templates will be compatible with every photo booth software application. We recommend checking your software's template requirements before purchasing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoothKits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
